RIP TORN ARRESTED FOR BANK ROBBERY

Drunk as a skunk, out-of-control Emmy winner robs Connecticut bank, cops charge.

A very drunk Rip Torn, 78, was arrested Friday night for allegedly breaking into a bank, armed with a loaded revolver.

Connecticut state police in North Canaan say Torn allegedly forced entry into a Litchfield Bancorp building, setting off an alarm.

Police responded to the alarm and discovered the Men in Black star "with a loaded revolver and was highly intoxicated," a police statement said.

Torn was charged with carrying a pistol without a permit, carrying a firearm while intoxicated, first-degree burglary, first-degree criminal trespass and third-degree criminal mischief.

Torn remains behind bars on a $100,000 cash bond and is due in court Monday morning.

JOHN EDWARDS SEX TAPE

As the ENQUIRER revealed exclusively, disgraced two time Presidential loser John Edwards made a sex tape with mistress Rielle Hunter, according to ex-loyalist Andrew Young.

Young claims that he found the videotape in July 2008 while rummaging through a pile of garbage at a Raleigh, NC house that Hunter lived in while pretending to be involved with Young who had claimed paternity of Edwards' love child.

"It's a sex tape of Rielle and John Edwards made just a couple of months before the Iowa caucuses," Young told ABC.

"It's definitely him... but you see -- you clearly see his face for a long time.

"And I can't speak for the other body parts, but it's definitely his face."

Young said he cannot identify Hunter by her face in the tape, but the woman was "visibly pregnant," "wearing a bracelet" and "thumb ring," all typically worn by Hunter, a videographer who "worked" on the Edwards campaign.

BRAD PITT AND ANGELINA JOLIE SPLIT UP

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are ending their relationship and have signed a $330 million split deal, according to a new British report.

Although unmarried, Brad and Angelina have taken legal steps to dissolve their union including how to divide their fortune and who gets custody of their six kids.

"The contract was like a tailor-made version of a pre-nuptial agreement except for an unmarried couple's split," a source told The News of the World. The agreement gives them joint custody of the kids -- but all six will actually live full-time with Angelina.

"It seemed clear they want the world to know they'll both play a part in the upbringing of the children," the source told the British newspaper. An announcement of their separation is expected soon, says the report.

The couple, who fell in love on the set of Mr. & Mrs. Smith in 2005 while Brad was married to Jennifer Aniston, have three adopted children together (Maddox, 8, Pax, 6, and Zahara, 6) and three biological children (Shiloh, 3, and 17- month-old twins Knox and Vivienne).

Nadya, who lives in La Habra, Calif. became the first woman in the world to give birth to eight healthy children when she had a Caesarian section in January last year. She has six other children ranging in age from 7 to 3.
