Jennifer Hudson Tragedy: Boy's Body Found

Authorities in Chicago are investigating whether the body of a young African American boy found in an SUV Monday is the nephew of singer Jennifer Hudson.

Police have been searching for 7-year-old Julian King since Friday, when Hudson's mother and brother were found shot to death in their home. Julian's stepfather is in police custody but has yet to be charged with a crime in connection to the Hudson family tragedy.

An Amber Alert was issued Friday for Julian and cops said they were looking for a 1994 white Chevrolet Suburban. The FBI was also called in to aid in the investigation.

On Sunday, Jennifer offered a $100,000 for the safe return of her nephew and thanked fans for their support.

"Thank you all for your prayers and your calls," said a message on Jennifer's MySpace page. "Please keep praying for our family and that we get Julian King back home safely. If anyone has any information about his whereabouts please contact the authorities immediately... Once again thank you all for being there for us through this tough time."

Jennifer, who recently became engaged to David Otunga had been traveling to promote her new film, The Secret Life of Bees and self-entitled album.

Police confirm confirmed Hudson's mother, Darnell Hudson Donerson, 57, is dead. The other victim has been IDed as Jennifer Hudson's brother, Jason S. Hudson, 29.

The bodies were discovered at at 2:44 PM Friday at 7019 S. Yale in Chicago's Englewood neighborhood.

First responders arrived and summoned police to the crime scene. Police spokeswoman Monique Bond said the double murders appear to be the result of domestic abuse but declined to elaborate.

UPDATE 10:21 PM: A police APB issued for Hudson's 7-year-old nephew Julian King who may have been abducted by William Balfour. Reportedly, Balfour listed Hudson's mother's address as his residence within the last year. Illinois Department of Corrections says Balfour is currently out on parole after serving time for attempted murder.

UPDATE: 4:02 AM 10/25 Suspect William Balfour, has been taken into custody. Boy still missing. Suspect refusing to cooperate, according to Chicago TV.

Reports: an argument over a car being sold sparked the conflagration. The missing boy's mother works as a bus driver and has not been seen.

Sadly the tragedy hits Hudson as her song "Spotlight" is No. 1 on Billboard's Hot R&B/Hip-Hop charts. She is currently starring in the hit movie The Secret Life of Bees and won an Academy Award for Dreamgirls last year.

"There is an ongoing investigation concerning the deaths of Jennifer Hudson's mother, Darnell Donerson, and her brother, Jason Hudson," Hudson's personal publicist, Lisa Kasteler said in a statement.

"No further comment will be made and the family has asked that their privacy be respected at this difficult time.".

MADONNA AND GUY RITCHIE SETTLE DIVORCE

LONDON, U.K. -- Guy Ritchie and Madonna have settled their divorce, according to the U.K. publication, The Sun.

The "RocknRolla" director will reportedly walk away with assets totaling around $60 million, including a 1,200-acre country estate, a London pub, and a cash settlement.


Madonna will hold on to her New York and Los Angeles homes and most of her considerable fortune, The Sun reported.

"The negotiations were relatively painless," The Sun quoted a source as saying. "Guy knew what he wanted and Madonna knew what she was keen to keep. There was a spell when Guy was in a mood to dig his heels in, but he decided this arrangement seemed reasonable and a long battle over money would make life unbearable."


Madonna is being represented by divorce lawyer Fiona Shackleton, who formerly represented Paul McCartney in his divorce from Heather Mills. Shackleton reportedly negotiated Madonna's divorce terms during a day of phone calls with Guy's lawyers.

The former couple reportedly expects to reach a compromise over their three kids -- Lourdes, 12, who is the daughter of Madonna and ex Carlos Leon, and sons Rocco, 8, and David, 3.

With the divorce all but out of the way, Guy, who's in London filming "Sherlock Holmes" with Robert Downey Jr., is reportedly ready to move on romantically as well.


"Guy has always been very popular with women," the source said. "They have thrown themselves at him throughout his marriage but he has always been utterly faithful. Now it's all over, he plans to have a little fun - something that has been missing from his life for far too long."

More amazingly, this "Joe" may be a Republican plant with deep ties to a scandalous past.

Joe Wurzelbacher is the son of Robert Wurzelbacher - the son-in-law of Charles Keating - The Charles Keating of the Keating 5 scandal - for which Sen. John McCain was reprimanded by the Senate for his part in attempting to illegally influence government regulators, according to The Huffington Post.

Robert Wurzelbacher was an exec of American Continental Corp., the parent company of
Charles Keating's Lincoln Savings. That's the bank that failed causing many to lose their life savings and cost US taxpayers $4.3 billion.

As a result Joe the Plumber's dada, Robert, pleaded guilty to misappropriating $14 million, serving 40 months in federal prison.

"Congratulations - you're rich! You betcha!"

Meanwhile the real plumbers union -- United Association of Plumbers and Pipefitters have endorsed Democratic candidate Barack Obama.

That's called turning the screw or lug nut.

After agreeing to divorce, Madonna and Guy Ritchie now must decide where the children will live – with British courts likely siding more with the pop star if it becomes a battle.

The couple have two sons: Rocco, 8, and David, 3. Lourdes, 12, lives in London with mom and stepfather Ritchie, 40, but maintains a close relationship with her father, Carlos Leon, 42, who is based in New York.

If Madonna chooses to move back to New York and wants to take the children with her, British courts would likely rule in her favor, says London-based divorce lawyer Vanessa Lloyd Platt.

"Any application by her to take them out of the jurisdiction would be allowed because she has lived most of her life in America," she explains.

It's also unlikely for the three kids to be separated across the Atlantic. "Courts over here don't like to split up children and generally favor the mother," says Lloyd Platt. Instead of custody, she adds, "The issue between them would be one of visitation rights."


Madonna Hires McCartney's Lawyer
As for why Ritchie would argue to keep the kids in London, New York divorce attorney Nancy Chemtob says, "If he thinks she's divorcing him because of someone else, or he feels disposed of, he may go after the children because that might be his way of getting back. Or he might truly believe he's the better parent."

Ritchie has hired the London law firm Manches, while Madonna, according to London's Times, will be represented by Paul McCartney's divorce attorney, Fiona Shackleton.

Still, chances are the couple will work this out amicably. In the statement announcing their divorce, Madonna's rep Liz Rosenberg said, "The main concern for Madonna and Guy are their children – the security of their children in all senses of the word and the wellbeing of their children."


Divorce Surprises Madonna's Ex
In an interview Wednesday on syndicated radio program The Billy Bush Show, Leon said that Madonna and Ritchie's divorce "was news to me." He added, "all I know is I just support Madonna and Guy and of course my daughter, and I support all the children and I show them love, and it's all I can do."

In regard to his own relationship with Madonna, Leon says, "Any parents that stay friends, it's really good, good for the children. It's good for family values. It's good for a lot of reasons."

Lisa Marie Presleyhas given birth to twin girls.
The 40-year-old daughter of Elvis Presley and her hubby Michael Lockwood "have named their new baby girls Harper and Finley.

As reported, the babies made their debut on Tuesday, Oct. 7, at Los Robles Hospital and Medical Center in Thousand Oaks, Calif. They arrived via C-section and weighed 5 lbs., 15oz. and 5 lbs., 2 oz.

"The babies and mom are happy and healthy and resting at home," Lisa Marie's rep said in a statement over the weekend.

Lisa Marie's two older children, Riley, 19, and Ben, 15, from her first marriage to Danny Keough, were also present for the twins' arrival.

The Californication star and coproducer checked himself into the Meadows sex rehab center in Arizona this past August.

MISTY MAY-TREANOR HURT!OUT OF DANCING WITH THE STARS

Misty May-Treanor, 31, broke her left ankle on Oct. 3, Star has learned exclusively, cutting her out of the Dancing With the Stars competition completely.

The two-time beach volleyball Olympic champion suffered the injury on Friday afternoon when rehearsing with her partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy at a dance studio in L.A.

She entered Cedars Sinai hospital in the late afternoon and was given a cast.

"I had problems with this ankle in March so I knew it was delicate, but I just can't believe it broke and I am off the show now!" a devastated Misty told Star.

"I will have to stay off this ankle for a long while. There is no way I can compete now. It's so sad! I really wanted to win. Now I have no chance."

Misty — dressed in a white sweatshirt and blue shorts — had been crying, but was consoled by her partner Maksim who was still wearing his workout gear of slacks and a zip-up white sweatshirt.

"These things happen," Maksim told Star.

"There is nothing you can do about it."

Misty left the Emergency Room of Cedars at 10:30 pm on crutches and in tears.

"At least I still have my gold medals," Misty said as she hobbled out of Cedars.

Misty's injury is not the first on this season of Dancing With the Stars. Comedian Jeffrey Ross suffered a corneal scratch when his dance partner Edyta Sliwinska accidentally poked his eye during rehearsal on the first week of the show.

O.J SIMPSON GUILTY! OFF TO JAIL MAYBE FOR LIFE!

OJ Simpson was found guilty of robbery -13 years to the day of his acquittal on charges of killing his wife.

The 61 year old Simpson was convicted of all 12 counts late Friday night. The jury was in deliberations for more than 13 hours.

Simpson groaned as the decision was read and he was immediately remaindered into police custody.

Simpson, the former football great and actor, could spend the rest of his life behind bars.

Simpson was convicted of kidnapping, armed robbery and 10 other charges after commandeering a group of five men and storming a Vegas hotel room and seizing sports memorabilia..

Four of the other men originally charged with Simpson had plea bargained their way out - by turning state’s evidence against Simpson and co-defendant C.J. Stewart.

Many considered the verdict justice delayed 13 years after Simpson’s double murder acquittal.

Kim Kardashian won't be back on "Dancing with the Stars."



The reality TV star and her professional partner, Mark Ballas, were eliminated Tuesday from ABC's popular dancing competition. The pair received a score of 17 out of 30 from the show's judges following a lacklustre rumba routine.

E!'s "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star was booted after her score - the third lowest - was combined with viewer votes.

"Today, five years ago, my father passed away, and I just know he's really happy and watching over me, and I made him proud," Kardashian, daughter of late attorney Robert Kardashian and reality co-star Kris Jenner, said after her dismissal.

Model-actress Brooke Burke and partner Derek Hough continued to remain in the top spot after dominating the first week of competition. The pair tied with former Oakland Raiders defensive lineman Warren Sapp and partner Kym Johnson. Both dancing couples scored a 24 for their paso doble routines Monday.

Other celebrities remaining in the competition include celebrity chef Rocco DiSpirito; singers Lance Bass and Toni Braxton; Olympic gold medallists Maurice Greene and Misty May-Treanor; actresses Cloris Leachman and Susan Lucci and actor Cody Linley.

Britney Spears is set to bid for her own sex tape.

Ex-boyfriend Adnan Ghalib, 35, is said to be touting the alleged X-rated footage - which reportedly features a naked Britney wearing a pink wig and engaged in various sex acts - for $10 million to several adult websites. One porn site has already offered him that amount.


Just when things were looking up for Britney, her ex-boyfriend Adnan Ghalib leaks to the press that he's been holding a sex tape the two allegedly made while on vacation in Mexico. He's supposedly 'waiting for bids'. What a classy guy.The ‘Womanizer’ singer is reportedly desperate to get hold of the tape, and is prepared to pay “whatever it costs” to protect her reputation and keep the tape out of the public eye.

A source told Britain’s Daily Star newspaper: “Britney’s lawyers have been working overtime. They’ve been told to do whatever it takes to stop the video making it onto the internet.”

However, a source close to Britney has denied the sex tape exists outright, saying: “Ghalib’s story is completely false.”

Rumours of the footage first surfaced in May, when paparazzi photographer Adnan reportedly first tried to sell a two-hour tape – said to include Britney stripping, a long session of foreplay and twenty minutes of full sex between Britney and Adnan.

The tape was reportedly made while the couple holidayed in Mexico in January, just before Britney’s public meltdown which saw her hospitalised twice for mental health related issues.


Britney Spears had sex at 14 and started taking drugs aged 15, her mother reveals in a new book, Through the Storm. Lynne Spears’ claims Britney began drinking at 13 and was introduced to drugs when she went to Los Angeles to record her first hit. The singer was even allegedly caught with cocaine and cannabis on a private jet when she was just 16.X-rated footage of Britney and ex-husband Kevin Federline also reportedly exists but has never been released to the public, although a fake clip of a Britney look-a-like performing oral sex surfaced earlier this year.

Britney is currently riding high after a successful comeback at the MTV Video Music Awards where she scooped three prizes.

She has also announced she will be embarking on a world tour next year, in support of forthcoming album ‘Circus’, released on December 2.

JANET JACKSON RELEASED FROM HOSPITAL

The 42-year-old singer became "suddenly ill" and was taken to Royal Victoria Hospital on Monday night shortly before her scheduled concert in Montreal, which was canceled, according to a statement released by W&W Public Relations.

Jackson was at Royal Victoria but was released two hours later, said Rebecca Burns, representative for McGill University Health Centre, which runs the hospital. Representaives for Jackson would not elaborate on her condition Tuesday, simply saying that she was ill and was "recuperating."

Meanwhile, Jackson's shows in Boston and Philadelphia on Wednesday and Thursday were postponed and she was due to resume her tour in Greensboro, N.C. on Saturday. There was no information on when those shows would be rescheduled.

Jackson, who is on her first North American tour in seven years, dropped out of her scheduled "Saturday Night Live" performance in March because she had the flu, and her publicist said at the time that she went to the hospital for treatment but was not admitted.

Actor Sacha Baron Cohen, best known for his eccentric character Borat, burst onto the catwalk at Agatha Ruiz de la Prada's show in Milan on Friday, bringing the playful show to a halt as security guards stepped in.

Baron Cohen is in Milan making a new film about fashion centered on his character Bruno, a flamboyant Austrian fashionista.

He bowled onto the start of the catwalk rolled up in what turned out to be a long, black caped outfit with eccentric accessories.
