Is the paparazzo who cozied up to Britney Spears as she ran completely off the rails once again rearing his ugly chin strip?

If questionable tabloid sources are to be believed, Adnan Ghalib, who insinuated himself into the comeback-heading popster's unhinged life in the chaotic weeks before and after her Jan. 3 meltdown, may be looking to peddle a sex tape, rumors of which first surfaced last spring.
"There is such a tape, but I won't discuss prices for hypothetical inquiries," he purportedly told Heat magazine (via the London Sun). "Unless there is a locked-in deal, I will go no further."
A source alleges to the paper that the two-hour video features Spears, outfitted in her pink wig of despair, engaged in various compromising positions with Ghalib, something all the brain bleach in the world couldn't compel us to watch.
The footage was purportedly shot in Mexico, where Britney escaped with Adnan soon after she was carted away on a stretcher from her currently on-the-market Beverly Hills estate following a standoff with police.
And while Ghalib supposedly added, "I am not interested in selling out any other details about Britney," keep in mind that he told "Entertainment Tonight" in February, "People don't like happy in Hollywood. People don't want fairy-tale happy endings. I don't think anybody wants her to be happy. ... Whatever it takes. Scandal sells."
Or, in this case, maybe not. A source close to Spears pooh-poohs to E! News that "the story is completely false."
For her part, the image-overhauling but still closely supervised Britney stepped out for dinner Friday in Los Angeles with sons Sean Preston, 3, and Jayden James, 2, and string-pulling dad Jamie before winging to New York on Monday to promote her just-released single, "Womanizer."
"I like the fact that it's so empowering for girls because it's basically saying, 'We know what you're up to.' It's about guys cheating on other girls," a surprisingly upbeat and reasonable-sounding Spears told New York's Z100 radio station of the ditty. "It's kind of like a girl anthem. That's why I like it."
She also revealed that she's planning to tour (we assume it'll be well-insured) after the release of her album "Circus," which is set to hit shelves on Dec. 2, her 27th birthday.
"Oh, definitely next year," says Spears. "Probably around the world."
